The Cellar: After meeting the winegrowers, we have selected wines from our regions of course, Burgundy and Savoie, but also several favorites from other wine regions. "We like to visit the estates, talk to the winegrowers to feel what emerges from the whole of the winegrower's activity: the wine of course, but also the different working methods, the way of thinking, the respect for nature… It's a whole! »
