About us

Winery located in the town of Les Marches.
It is at the foot of Mont-Granier in the Chartreuse Natural Park that our vines are worked in a sustainable way to limit phytosanitary products and weedkillers.

Dry white wine with a light yellow color. Its nose is very floral and lemony. On the palate it is a fresh and lively wine with mineral notes, embellished with natural carbon dioxide giving a typical beading wine.
Serve chilled 8-10°C
It will accompany your aperitifs plain or in blackberry kir, blackcurrant..., also very appreciated with seafood, fish and of course Savoyard specialties such as fondues, raclettes, tartiflettes...

You will be pleasantly surprised by this Altesse grape variety, resulting from a mature harvest, giving a somewhat honeyed wine. Its head is slightly golden yellow and shiny. The nose remains powerful and fruity with aromas of candied fruit, its long and rich mouth gives a syrupy wine, but well balanced in sugar/alcohol.
Serve chilled at 10°C
It will accompany your foie gras during the end of year celebrations, but also a cake for dessert.

The world
This typically Savoyard grape variety gives very typical wines with a dark purple color, a powerful, peppery and leathery nose. A complex palate reminiscent of pepper and earth.
Serve at room temperature 18°C
It will be all the more appreciated with game in sauce or dry cheeses.

Very pleasant wine for all occasions, thanks to its deep red color, you will discover a powerful nose of red fruits and a rich mouth with aromas of cherries and candied fruits.
To be served at room temperature 18°C

Wine with a clear raspberry color and a nose of ripe fruit. Its round and soft mouth will accompany all your aperitifs and barbecues.
Serve chilled at 8°C

We preserve the environment by:

No addition of chemical fertilizers,
Reasoned treatment of foliage,
Removal of insecticides and acaricides
Tillage (ploughing).
The use of a conveyor belt and pneumatic pressing limits crushing and the bursting of the grapes in order to avoid the oxidation of the juices.

In the cellar, our tank temperature regulation system allows us to control our fermentations at low temperature (16°C), which gives more aromatic wines.
