About us

Traditional Chinese medicine is a philosophical and energetic medicine known for more than 2000 years in China. It allows you to mobilize energies in order to find harmony, body/mind: that is to say better health.

Isabelle is a consultant in traditional Chinese energetics and mindfulness meditation, graduated in TCM in France and China for 15 years, trained in Mindfulness at the Medical University of Massachusetts, teacher of Qigong and Taiji Quan, Seitai.

The traditional Chinese Method brings together 5 branches and is not limited to acupuncture.
The 5 therapies are made up of Tuina which includes osteo-Chinese, acupuncture, phytotherapy consisting of medicinal plants very widely used in China, dietetics and finally energy arts, health gymnastics, such as Qigong and Taiji Quan (internal martial art).
TCM is a psychosomatic medicine since it intervenes on our emotions, the body and the mind are one.
To soothe our minds, in China, doctors recommend practicing moving meditation such as Taiji Quan.

Today mindfulness meditation is gaining momentum, known thanks to Thich Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Zen Buddhist master in France and Mindfulness created by John Kabat Zinn, professor of medicine in Boston who suggests ending the dogma of " separation of body and mind.
He developed a Mindfulness Meditation stress reduction program in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medicine.
